Let's talk peaches...

If there's anything in this world that say's refreshingly spring to me peaches would be one of them! Paired with fresh wild peppermint I find them to be something I can drink and eat in many recipes! This drink was absolutely delightful to me. While the dried lemon was a wonderful asthetic touch, a dried peach slice and a mint leaf would have made it even more delightful. Accoring to the menu and my server they do the peach tea foam in house! I can say wether you get this drink with alcohol or not it is refreshing and quote pleasing to the nose as well as the taste buds. Light on the pallet but simply spring as you sip. I would definetly reccomend stopping by for one. Ask for a well lit seating area or choose one of their more dimly lit booth spaces. The restaurant itself is somewhat noisy but has an atmosphere that is enjoyable alone or with friends and family. The do have private dining areas that seem a bit quieter if you're on more of a business meal, however this isn't the place I would go for a business meeting thats in need of a quieter atmosphere or a quiet romantic evening out. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. They are well knowledged on thier menu items and are able to recommend substituions if needed. My experience was that the food and drinks both came in a timely manner and were as described by both the menu and our server. Restrooms were clean and well kept as well which to me is a tell tale sign of how the kitchen behind the scenes may also be kept. For a fun family meal I would recommend the baked potatoes as well as the burgers. But more on that another day... this post was about peaches! And I do love a good peach! ;-)
